Question
Is it possible to generate a report of case stats in Intella Connect or Intella Investigator? The report should show cases created, shared, last accessed, size, etc.
Answer
Currently, most statistics can be found on the dashboard page of a case. At this time, these statistics are not exportable, nor separately accessible through an API.
However, you could review the access log, which is part of the connect-main and investigator-main logs, for additional information. For example, the connect-main-DATE.log can be typically found at:
C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Intella Connect\logs
... where [USER] is the Windows account of the machine running Intella.
Reviewing the Activity logs may also help. These can be found by:
- Log in as an administrator to Investigator or Connect --> Navigate to the Cases tab, Activity sub-tab --> Export desired information.
- Log in as a reviewer to Investigator or Connect to a particular case -->
Navigate to the Report tab, Activity sub-tab --> Export desired
information.
