How to see how the license and seats are being utilized in Intella Connect and Intella Investigator?

You can monitor license and seat usage through the administrator interface. Follow these steps:
- Log in to Intella Connect or Investigator using an administrator account.

Navigate to Users > Seats.
Here, you can:
- View the total number of seats available for your product, how many of those seats are available and occupied, and whether there are any currently blocked users.
- View all active users, which shows any users actively using a case, and which cases they are accessing.
- Terminate user sessions. Simply select an active user from the drop-down list and select "End session" to terminate their login session and log them out from all cases.
