You may face issues with the installation of our products where the Next button becomes disabled, preventing you from continuing with the process. This problem can occur in two situations, which are outlined below.
Installer Safeguard
Our installer has a safeguard that prevents Intella, Intella Investigator, Intella Connect, or W4 from being installed into a folder where a previous installation is present. This can occur if you attempt to install the product into a generic folder such as C:\Program Files\Vound\Intella and a previous installation is already present in that location. In such a case, you can work around the problem by creating a new folder related to the Intella version you are installing in the folder name (e.g., C:\Program Files\Vound\Intella 2.6.1). This action will make the Next button active, allowing you to proceed with the installation process.
Insufficient Free Space
The other situation that can cause the Next button to become disabled is inadequate free space on the drive where you intend to install the product. To solve this issue, you can either increase the amount of available space on this drive or choose to install the product on a different drive. By ensuring that there is sufficient space on the selected drive, you will make the Next button active and be able to proceed with the installation process.
Summary
To avoid the Next button becoming disabled during the installation process, consult the user manual, ensure that you have administrator permissions to the system, safeguard against previous installations by creating new folders, and ensure sufficient free space on the selected drive. By following these steps, you can successfully install our products and access the powerful capabilities that they offer.
