Enabling Two-Factor Authentication in Intella Connect or Intella Investigator is straightforward. The administrator and users can set up 2FA for their accounts.
- Log in to Intella Connect and click your name on the top right. Then click "Set up 2FA."
- A window will appear. Click "Enable 2FA."
- A window will appear with a QR code. Scan this code using your smartphone's authentication app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. The app will provide a code to enter into the Intella Connect window. Enter the code and click "Verify Credentials."
Setup is now complete. You will need a 2FA code each time you log in to Intella Connect.
