2 Factor Authentication setup in Intella Connect

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication in Intella Connect or Intella Investigator is straightforward. The administrator and users can set up 2FA for their accounts.
  1. Log in to Intella Connect and click your name on the top right. Then click "Set up 2FA."
  2. A window will appear. Click "Enable 2FA."
  3. A window will appear with a QR code. Scan this code using your smartphone's authentication app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. The app will provide a code to enter into the Intella Connect window. Enter the code and click "Verify Credentials."
Setup is now complete. You will need a 2FA code each time you log in to Intella Connect.
