How to print emails and include their attachments?
Answer
- In the Table view, select the emails you wish to print. Remember to use the 'Show > Top-level parents' option if your results list includes attachments and you need to print the parent emails instead.
- Right-click on any of the selected items and choose "Print..."
- If there are attachments to the parent items, a dialog will open, asking if you wish to also include the attachments. Select 'Yes' and your printout will include a copy of the attachment.
