Is it possible to work collaboratively using Intella desktop and Intella Viewer if the same case was duplicated to multiple machines in different locations?
- For example, if someone creates a tag, the tag should be merged to everyone's "master" version of the case.
Answer
There is currently no method to merge work products using the desktop version of Intella and Intella Viewer. To work collaboratively, you would need an Intella Investigator or Intella Connect license.
