Checking the size of items in your case

Intella shows the Size column in the Details table view. This tells the user the size for each item. But, what if you want to know the commutative size of all of the items in the case, or the commutative size for a selection of items? This can be done, and it is a lot easier in the current version of Intella compared to older versions.

  1. Run a search with no keywords entered. This will search the entire case and it will show everything in the case from all sources.

  2. Click on an item in the Details table, then use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A to highlight everything in the Details table.

  3.  Right click anywhere on the highlighted items then click on Show option, then click on the Statistics option.

  4. This will show a window with statistics regarding your selection. You can see the commutative size for the selection.

The example above shows the statistics for all items in the case. You can also do the same process for a selection of items if you need the statistics for a specific set of items.
