Recreating the issue

When submitting a support ticket to Vound, it's crucial to provide our support team with as many details as possible about the issue you're experiencing. This enables us to better understand the issue and formulate an effective solution in the shortest time possible.

When submitting information about the issue, it's important to specify how it can be recreated. This involves providing a step-by-step breakdown of the actions taken which led to the issue occurring. In some cases, users may unintentionally use the wrong terminology when describing these actions, which can lead to delays in resolving the issue. To avoid this, it's helpful to include screenshots along with the steps to eliminate any ambiguity and speed up the resolution process.

Here is an example of recreating the error:

Hello, I am having trouble starting Intella after upgrading to the latest version (2.6.x). Prior to the upgrade (version 2.5.x), everything was working perfectly fine. However, now I am unable to start Intella at all. I received an H0050 error message that says, 'No matching feature found'. This error occurs when I try to run the latest version, or an existing version of Intella that is already on my system. The following are the steps I took to recreate the error:

  1. I click on the desktop icon to start Intella, regardless of whether it's the latest version or an existing one.
  2. Almost immediately, an error message pops up on the screen indicating the issue.

  3. When I click on OK or the X to close this message, another (same) message is shown and I can't get rid of the message.
  4. I have rebooted the system and that closes the message, but it comes back when I try to start Intella again.
Note that the error message only occurs when I try to start the software from the desktop icon. If I try to start it from the program files directory, no error message pops up.
