These instructions are for activating or setting up trial licenses to use Intella for a limited time period. Please note that these instructions should not be used to activate dongles. If you need to activate a dongle, please contact our support team, who will provide you with separate instructions.
To start using Intella today, simply visit our website at https://www.vound-software.com/ and click on the 'Download Free Trial' button located at the top right corner of the screen. You'll have access to a full-featured 14-day trial of Intella at no cost.
If the Intella trial does not work on your system, our support team can offer two methods to license the software. The first method is to allow your computer to use one of our cloud-based licenses. Our support team will provide you with separate instructions on how to proceed with this option.
The second method involves activating a license file on your system, and the remaining section of these instructions will guide you through the process. Once you have requested trial support, you will receive an activation file in the form of a .v2c file. It is important to note that this activation file is specific to the computer it was created for (i.e. the computer you provided the .c2v file for) and cannot be used on any other system. The activation file will be named in the format of CompanyName-Pro-1043133313646923031.v2c, with the company name and unique identifier included in the file name.
Applying the Intella trial license to your system

To access the check-in page, simply enter the following URL into your web browser and select the 'Select File' button: http://localhost:1947/_int_/checkin.html

To select the .v2c file, navigate to the Desktop or the folder where you saved the file received from Support / Sales Representative.

After selecting the .v2c file, simply click on the 'Apply File' button to apply the Intella trial license to your computer.
- Once complete, your Intella trial will be activated on your computer. To verify that it has been activated correctly, open Intella using the desktop icon. Your Intella Case Manager will launch, and if the Case Manager indicates that you are using the version of Intella that you are trialing (e.g., Intella Viewer, Intella Professional, etc.), your activation has been successful.
