Installer downloads for Intella, Connect and Investigator 2.7

Note that you must update your dongle to version 2.7.x before you can run these software versions. Use 'Dongle Manager.exe' located in the Intella installation folder to update your dongle.

Go to the downloads link below and download the installer file for your product(s). Once done, double-click the installer to start the installation process.

Note that there is one installer file for Intella 10, 100, 250, Intella Professional and Intella Viewer. Which version you see on your computer when Intella is run, is dependent on the license that is present on your dongle. E.g., if you have an Intella 100 license, then Intella 100 will run when Intella is launched.

If no valid license can be found, Intella will run in trial mode and will be limited to the Intella 10 GB version. Users with 2.5.x activated dongles need to use the Dongle Manager to update their dongle to 2.7.x [https://support.vound-software.com/help/en-us/6-licensing/2-license-dongle-activation].

Important: Users of Intella TEAM Manager 2.5.x will migrate to Intella Investigator 2.7.

Please read the release notes before installing or upgrading to ensure you do not affect any active cases.

Note that you can automatically update your dongle. With your dongle plugged in, locate the Dongle Manager program (e.g. click on Start > All Programs > Vound > Intella > Dongle Manager). Once done, you will see information displayed about your dongle in the Dongle Manager. Click on the 'Check for Updates' button to update your dongle.

If your Support and Maintenance Subscription (SMS or otherwise known as MA) is current, the Dongle Manager will update your dongle to the appropriate 2.7.x license. Please contact support@vound-software.com if you encounter any issues or if you wish to update your SMS.
