Intella and Intella Connect 1.8 Available for Download

Vound is pleased to announce the official release of Intella and Intella Connect 1.8.

Intella and Intella Connect 1.8 are available from the Downloads section in the Vound Support Portal, after logging in with your email address and password. Please read the release notes before installing or upgrading to ensure you do not affect any active cases. Users with a 1.7 license need to use the Dongle Manager to update their dongle to the 1.8 license.

Highlights

  • Greatly improved indexing speed: typically two to four times faster, more on high-end hardware and on very large data sets.

  • Several features for searching and displaying paragraphs: suppress email signatures, search for all occurrences of a selected paragraph in a case, and more.

  • Redesigned Connect user interface, including the addition of a Case Dashboard. This new dashboard provides instant insight into case statistics such as types and volume of data, key email accounts and reviewer activity.

  • Connect can now run as a Windows service, uses a single port for all cases and supports Single Sign-On.

  • Added the Sets visualization, for visualizing large amount of search results (e.g. keyword lists).

  • Support for indexing Bloomberg emails.

  • Many load file indexing and exporting improvements.

  • Improved support for Windows 8/8.1 and Lotus Notes 9.

Vound is pleased to announce the official release of Intella and Intella Connect 1.7.3. Intella 1.7.3 is available for download from the Vound Support Portal after logging in with your email address and password. It is located in the Downloads section.

Highlights

  • Added redaction of items, where reviewers can mark legally privileged or sensitive information within an item’s text, metadata or graphical content to black it out when exported to a PDF or load file (both desktop and Intella Connect).

  • A new authorization engine, enabling the creation of flexible authorization rules based on user roles and permissions (Intella Connect).

  • A fully featured export wizard, allowing for the creation of highly customizable export packages directly from the web browser (Intella Connect).

  • Added export sets: better manage export settings throughout the case (desktop).

  • Improved Show Parents search function and (related) tagging of item families (desktop).

  • Improved image previewing: zoom, rotate and flip images (desktop).

Vound is pleased to announce the official release of Intella and Intella TEAM 1.7.2. Intella 1.7.2 is available for download from the Vound Support Portal after logging in with your email address and password. It is located in the downloads section of the support page.

Highlights

  • Added detection of entities such as credit card numbers,social security numbers, person names, phone numbers, organization names and locations in document texts.

  • Added a new Statistics view, giving the user a statistical and graphical overview of the case’s content.

  • Extended facet filtering and sorting options.

  • Added indexing of load files, e.g. import information from a legal case application such as Concordance.

  • Added filtering of disk images.

  • Rendering of HTML-formatted emails.

  • Improved List view, showing e.g. the context of keyword searches.

  • A new Social Graph visualization shows the communication flow between email addresses.
  • Added support for OCR-ing items in the case.
  • The Email Address facet now lets the user group contacts by host name, sort contacts by name or address, and filter the list of contacts by filtering with user-entered text. 
  • Added access control facilities to TEAM case sharing.

  • Added support for decrypting various file formats (e.g. NSF, PDF, ZIP).
  • Improved Previewer interface.
  • Deduplication is now available in all Details views.
  • Considerably extended export options.
  • Default Saved Searches for finding credit card numbers, social security numbers and junk mails.
  • The Date facet can now search specific days and/or times.
  • Keyword search can now use currency symbols, percentages, etc.
